Privacy Policy

Number Wheel is a random number wheel and online picker. We keep data collection limited and separate local wheel data from account features, AI generation, payments, and live rooms.

1. Data Stored Locally

• Your number range, step, exclusions, custom options, wheel order, sound preference, and recent spin history.
• Necessary preferences such as theme and language.

This data stays in your browser by default unless you choose to share a link or use account features.

2. Share Links

When you copy a share link, it includes the current wheel configuration so others can open the same setup. Share links do not include your account email, payment details, session tokens, Credits, or local result history.

3. Accounts and Sessions

If you register or log in, we process your email address, protected password data, display name, login session, and account entitlement status. Sessions use HttpOnly cookies to keep you signed in.

4. Cloud Saves, Rooms, and AI

When you save a wheel, create a live room, or use AI generation, we store or process the wheel configuration, title, room state, prompt, and generated output needed to provide those features. When you use AI features, your prompt, relevant wheel configuration, and generated result are processed to provide the feature and perform safety checks.

If an input does not pass a safety check, Number Wheel does not save that input. If a generated result does not pass a safety check, Number Wheel does not save the generated content or the safety-check result; we retain only non-content transaction information needed to restore the Credit. For successfully delivered generations, we retain the prompt and generated wheel setup to provide the service, reconcile Credits, troubleshoot problems, and handle disputes.

5. Payments and Orders

Paid orders are processed through services such as PayPal. We store order status, Credit pack, amount, currency, payment provider order IDs, granted Credits, and Credit expiry; full payment credentials are handled by the payment provider.

6. Logs and Analytics

We may receive basic device, browser, page visit, and technical log information for security, troubleshooting, reliability, and product improvement. If third-party analytics are enabled, their privacy policies apply separately.

7. Service Providers and International Processing

Service providers that support AI features, infrastructure, safety, payments, or customer support may process the data necessary to perform those services on our behalf. Data may be processed outside your country or region, subject to applicable technical, organizational, and contractual safeguards.

8. Retention and Your Choices

Local data remains until you clear browser data or reset settings. Account, order, and cloud save data are retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and handle disputes. Legal, accounting, security, or dispute-handling requirements may require us to retain some non-content records. You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

Number Wheel does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we accidentally collected a child's information, please contact us.
