Refund Policy

We want paid Number Wheel features to be clear and predictable. If you purchased Credits or paid benefits and have not used them, you may request a refund under the rules below.

1. 14-Day Unused Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase, unused Credits or unused paid benefits may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits that have been consumed by completed Chat Wheels.
  • Completed portions of used live rooms, cloud saves, or other paid benefits.
  • Orders older than 14 days, unless a refund is required by applicable law.

3. Duplicate Charges and Order Issues

If you believe there was a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or missing order delivery, contact us. We will review the PayPal order, account credits, and system records.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@numberwheel.org with your account email, order time, PayPal order ID, and reason for the request.

5. Processing Time

We review requests as soon as possible. The time for funds to appear may vary by bank, card network, or PayPal.
